United Standard Terminal
United Standard Terminal Public Company Limited was registered and incorporated on December 29, 1976. With the support from Mitr Phol Sugar Corporation Limited and its affiliated companies, the Company invested in the construction of a terminal warehouse at Samut Prakarn Province for storage and shiploading of bulk raw sugar by conveyor belt, considered as “The first terminal of its kind in Thailand”. The Company has two adjoining wharfs with a total length of 270 meters. At present, the Samut Prakarn warehouse has an available area of 45,141 square meters, and 8 tanks with a capacity of 50,400 tons to server molasses and chemical.
 
In 1998, the Company expanded its business by the construction of two wharfs and two warehouses at Ang Thong Province at a total of 10,560 square meter sizes. The two warehouses can store a total of 90,000 tons of sugar.

The company has the capacity to operate the shiploading of general cargo both inbound and outbound of approximately 1,500,000 tons per year.

On August 17, 2001, the company was awarded certification for ISO9002: 1994 from Lloyd’s Register Quality as testimony of the Company’s quality management system in the provision of management of warehouse for sugar and molasses.
