May 29, 2024 – The Mitr Phol Group, led by Mr. Buntoeng Vongkusolkit, Chairman of Mitr Phol Group, has been awarded the title of the world’s No. 1 leader in sustainability in the food products industry. This award is based on the S&P Global Corporate Sustainability Assessment (CSA) Score 2023, which evaluates organizations on their sustainability initiatives. Additionally, the organization has been named a member of the "Sustainability Yearbook Member 2024" for the fifth consecutive year. Consistently rising in the rankings, Mitr Phol Group achieved the highest scores in overall sustainability as well as in environmental and social categories last year. This recognition underscores the organization’s unwavering commitment to advancing sustainability efforts, with a clear goal of achieving net-zero greenhouse gas emissions by 2050 and fostering a sustainable future for society.

The award was presented by Mr. Robert Dornau, Head of CSA Corporate Engagement at S&P Global, during a ceremony at Bangkok Marriott Marquis Queen’s Park.
